How We Do It: The Perth Wall Removal Process

    By Camille | blog | 0 comment | 12 December, 2019 | 0

Construction or renovation projects can be costly and time-consuming; that’s why it’s essential to deal with an experienced and trusted construction company that can help you get the best out of your construction or renovation project. An experienced contractor will ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

At Perth Wall Removals, we make sure our client and their needs come first. We build our business on trust. We make sure that we are transparent to our clients, communicate with them and set realistic expectations. As a local Perth construction company specializing on wall removal and wall alteration, we make sure that our clients know and understand how we work so that we can start a new journey with the goal of creating a new home or a better space for their family and friends.

    Initial Consultation

In every enquiry we get, we start by gathering the necessary information about what the clients want to achieve in their construction or renovation project. If necessary, we do an on-site visit to inspect the structural quality and condition of the property and identify potential risks so that we can come up with the correct recommendations and accurate quote.

    Design and Planning

We prepare a plan based on the client’s requirements, taking into account the current condition of the property.  When required, we work with architects, interior designers, electricians and plumbers to make sure that the plan meets all building and safety standards and ready for the actual renovation or construction project.

    Schedule and Commencement of Work

Renovation or construction projects can be disruptive, so we work with clients in finding a schedule and a plan that works for them and for us. Before we start, we make sure that clients are prepared to start the project. Do they need to relocate temporarily while we work on their house? If the clients stay in, how do we ensure their health and safety? Do we need to move furniture and fixtures to prevent potential damages during the course of the project?

We make sure that each of our projects is overseen by an experienced project manager. The project manager will be your primary contact person from start to finish. He will make sure that each job is supervised and coordinated by an on-site, fully registered, builder; working to your detailed plans and specifications and making sure that the project is completed within budget and on time.

    Final Inspection and Handover

Before we handover a finished project, we make sure to do a final inspection to ensure that the project is carried out correctly and there are no damages done to the property. We ensure that the place has been cleaned thoroughly, free from dust and safe and comfortable for the clients to move into.

At Perth Wall Removals, we offer a full building package – from discussing your ideas and designs through to completion, including organising all trades required during the process. Our comprehensive portfolio ranges from simple property modifications to major home improvements and alterations. Whatever your project requirements are, we’ll ensure to offer professional and extensive services.

Trust that we have the best people working on providing a better home for your family and friends. For general enquiries, get in touch with us on 0415 275 513 or send us a message on info@perthwallremovals.com.au.
